St Anastasia
St Anastasia was asked to marry Emperor Justin, who was already married. She refused and told the Emperor’s wife. She sent her to Alexandria on a private ship. She built her a convent outside the city before escaping to the wilderness of Scetis. She lived in a cave and remained there for the next 28 years, being ministered by an Anba Daniel the archpriest, before departing in peace.
Quote: 11 But He said to them, “All cannot accept this saying, but only those to whom it has been given: 12 For there are eunuchs who were born thus from their mother’s womb, and there are eunuchs who were made eunuchs by men, and there are eunuchs who have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven’s sake. He who is able to accept it, let him accept it.” (Matthew 19:11-12)

St Anastasia used to write her thoughts on pottery and leave them at the door of her cave for Fr Daniel.
