Fun fact: Saint Seraphim of Sarov created a short prayer rule for those who are busy and don’t have enough time to pray using the full morning or evening prayer rule. He proposed, that during the day any Christian can repeat the short Jesus prayer: “Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me a sinner.
