1. Weekly Spiritual Message
Spiritual message of the week by Father David:
By the world’s standards, when we do a good deed and someone repays us at a later date with a similar good deed, it is seen as fair and honourable.
But what happens if one of Gods children does a good deed to another person who cannot repay?
In this case, God is the one who repays and gives much more generously than worldly standards…yes, God is UNFAIRLY generous to those who give to their brothers and sisters in Christ. When God repays He does so with much greater generosity than we can imagine.
Christian wisdom is to actively search for your brothers or sisters in Christ who are less fortunate and help them without receiving any recognition or praise.
Let us humble ourselves and search for those in need of our time, forgiveness, donations, love and care. So that God becomes the One whose heart is moved to repay.
“God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help them.”
— Hebrews 6:10

Attention all K-6 readers! Holidays are coming and we want to see your reading selfies! Drop by the St Wanas library to pick up a book for the holidays and make sure to get a snapshot of you with the book whilst on holiday.

4. Walking in Pain – this Sunday 18 June
Dr. Stephen Gibson, who is an experienced Pain Medicine Physician, has been invited to St Mark Church give a talk about managing pain. Suits the elderly, carers, and all those dealing with and managing pain. Join us in the Arabic Church on Sunday 18 June at 11am.

١.الرسالة الروحية الأسبوعية:
يقدم رسالة هذا الأسبوع قدس أبونا ديفيد
وفقاً لمعايير العالم، عندما نقوم بعمل خير لشخص ما ثم يسدده لنا في وقت لاحق بعمل خير مماثل، فإنه يُنظر إليه على أنه أمر عادل ومشرف.
ولكن ماذا يحدث إذا قام أحد أبناء الله بعمل خير لشخص لا يستطيع السداد؟
في هذه الحالة، الله هو الذي يسدد ويعطي بسخاء أكثر بكثير من المعايير الدنيوية … نعم، الله كريم جداً بل بشكل غير متكافئ لأولئك الذين يعطون إخوتهم وأخواتهم في المسيح. عندما يسدد الله، فإنه يفعل ذلك بكرم أكثر بكثير مما نتخيله.
الحكمة المسيحية هي البحث بنشاط عن إخوتك أو أخواتك في المسيح الأقل حظًا ومساعدتهم دون تلقي أي اعتراف بالجميل أو مدح.
فلنتواضع ونبحث عن المحتاجين إلى وقتنا، وتسامحنا، وتبرعاتنا، ومحبتنا ورعايتنا. فيصبح الله هو الذي يتحرك قلبه ليكافئ ويسدد.
“لأن الله ليس بظالم حتى ينسى عملكم وتعب المحبة التي أظهرتموها نحو اسمه إذ قد خدمتم القديسين وتخدمونهم” عبرانيين ٦:١٠
٢.مسابقة القراءة خلال العطلة المدرسية
إلى كل القراء من حضانة إلى الصف السادس الابتدائي! العطلة المدرسية على الأبواب ونود أن نرى صوركم الذاتية وأنتم تقرئون. تعالوا إلى مكتبة انبا ونس لاستعارة كتاب خلال العطلة وتأكدوا من اخذ لقطة وأنتم تقرئون خلال العطلة.
القواعد كما يلي:
