1. Weekly Spiritual Message
Spiritual message of the week by Father Jonathan:
Now, thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place. (II Cor 2:14)
The censor that burns with coal spreads out a sweet aroma once the incense is put in it. The same as a true Christian who is filled with the Holy Spirit: once they practice acts of repentance, they spread sweet aromas of: Humility, Love, Forgiveness, Selflessness, and above all Holiness that comes naturally from them.
You should be able to smell these aromas; if not, then it is a sign of a need for repentance.

2. The Feast of the Pentecost this Sunday 4 June
A blessed feast of the Pentecost to all. The 8:30 liturgies will be followed by the Prostration prayers.
Sunday school will start 11:15am this Sunday.
3. The Apostles Fast
The Apostles Fast begins this Monday 5 June and will end 12 July with the Feast of St Peter and St Paul.
4. Meet and Greet For Year 7 and 8 Girls only Parents – this Sunday 4 June
Dear St Mark Families,
We’re delighted to be back this year with our Sunday school parents meet and greet where you get the opportunity to meet parents from your children’s Sunday school class.
Join us this Sunday the 4th of June for the year 7 & 8 Girls only parents Meet and Greet in the English Church at 11.30 am.

5. St Wanas Fund Raising to help build a village for Internal Refugee victims Poor Coptic families are forced, against their will, from time to time, to migrate from their homes in villages in upper Egypt – being falsely accused of causing religious conflict. They became homeless. St Wanas started a fundraising initiative to help build new accommodation, a primary school and to offer financial help to more than 500 families to relocate to a village in the Wadi El Natroun area. Your help is needed in achieving our target to raise $200,000 to build the accommodation and the school sooner. Please visit: stwanaskidscharity.org.au and check out the poster below. |

٥.مؤسسة انبا ونس الخيرية تجمع تبرعات لبناء قرية لضحايا التهجير داخل مصر من وقت لآخر، تُجبر العائلات القبطية الفقيرة، رغماً عنهم، على الهجرة من ديارهم في قرى صعيد مصر – متهمة زوراً بالتسبب في صراع ديني. وصاروا بلا مأوى. قامت مؤسسة الأنبا ونس بمبادرة لجمع التبرعات للمساعدة في بناء مساكن جديدة ومدرسة ابتدائية ولتقديم المساعدات المالية لأكثر من 500 أسرة للانتقال إلى قرية في منطقة وادي النطرون. مساعدتك مطلوبة في تحقيق هدفنا بجمع ٢٠٠،٠٠٠ دولار لبناء المساكن والمدرسة في أقرب وقت. برجاء تفقد موقعنا الإلكتروني stwanaskidscharity.org.au والاطلاع على البوستر المرفقً |
