Spiritual message of the week by Father David:
On Saturday the 21st of October we will be celebrating a very special day… Grandparents Day!
The bond between a child and a grandparent is the purest, least psychologically complicated form of human love.
Grandparents pass on traditions through stories, songs, creative games and crafts.
They also have a magical ingredient that most parents often do not have – i.e. time.
Grandparents are in every sense of the word – "Grand". In the dictionary, the word "Grand" means: having the most importance of its kind, having higher rank, magnificent in every form, intended to impress, very good, wonderful.
Please come and join us in celebrating all the grandparents in our congregation
May our Lord continue to bless our congregation with our very beloved Grandparents as role models for us and our children on the true meaning of pure unconditional Christ-like love.

2. Grandparents Day Saturday October 21
Join us for mass in the English Church at 8am followed by Aghapy in the church hall.
3. St Paul’s Epistle to the Colossians
Join us from this Sunday 8 October at 11am in the English Church. We will study a book each week on Sunday.
4. St Mark Family Fellowship Parent Seminar
Topic: HSC Subject Selection and Scaling
When: 11am on Sunday 22 October

5. Shuttle Bus Service
A new St Mark shuttle bus service has started. It will be picking up the congregation from the bus stop Infront of Wolli Creek station, every Sunday at the following times: 8:00; 8:20; 8:40 and 9:00am
The bus will then pick up the congregation from the bus stop Infront of Arncliffe station, every Sunday at the following times: 8:05; 8:25; 8:45 and 9:05am.
Returns will run every hour from the car park next to the English church at the following times: 11am; 12pm and 1pm

سنحتفل يوم السبت الموافق 21 أكتوبر بيوم خاص جدًا… يوم الأجداد!
إن الرباط بين الطفل والجد هي أنقى أشكال الحب البشري وأقلها تعقيدًا من الناحية النفسية.
ينقل الأجداد التقاليد من خلال القصص والأغاني والألعاب الإبداعية والأنشطة الفنية.
لديهم أيضًا عنصر سحري لا يمتلكه معظم الآباء في كثير من الأحيان – وهو الوقت.
الأجداد بكل معنى الكلمة – "الجد/الجدة". وفي القاموس تعني كلمة "كبير" : الأهم من نوعه، ذو المرتبة الأعلى، الرائع في كل صورة، المبهر، الجيد جداً، الرائع.
من فضلك تعال وانضم إلينا في الاحتفال بجميع الأجداد في شعب كنيستنا
أتمنى أن يستمر الرب في أن يبارك شعبنا بأجدادنا الأحباء ليكونوا قدوة لنا ولأطفالنا في المعنى الحقيقي للحب النقي غير المشروط الشبيه بمحبة السيد المسيح.

٣.رسالة بولس الرسول إلى كولوسي
انضم إلينا يوم الأحد 8 اكتوبر الساعة 11 صباحاً في الكنيسة الإنجليزي حيث نقوم بدراسة سفر يوم الأحد من كل اسبوع
٤.خدمة المودة الأسرية بسانت مارك وندوة للوالدين

٥.خدمة التنقل بالأتوبيس من وإلى محطة القطار
بدأت خدمة جديدة لأتوبيسات سانت مارك، ستقوم بالتقاط الأفراد من أمام محطة الأتوبيس بمحطة قطار "ولاي كريك" كما موضح في الصورة أدناه، كل أحد في الأوقات التالية:
8:00؛8:20؛8:40؛9:00 صباحاً
ثم سيلتقط الأتوبيس الأفراد من أمام محطة الأتوبيس بمحطة قطارأرنكليف كما هو موضح في الصورة أدناه، في الأوقات التالية:
8:05؛ 8:25؛ 8:45؛ 9:05 صباحاً
سيتم تنظيم العودة إلى محطة القطار كل ساعة من مكان وقوف السيارات الخلفي عند الكنيسة الإنجليزي في الأوقات التالية:
11 صباحاً؛ 12 ظهراً؛ 1 ظهراً
٦.فرصة عمل
برجاء الاطلاع على وظيفة اخصائي مشورة يتحدث اللغة العربية مع هيئة الصحة بنيو ساوث ويلز لمن يرغب من شعب الكنيسة في التقديم على هذا المنصب. يتم غلق باب التقديم يوم 11 أكتوبر.
