| H.H Pope Tawadrous II and his partners in the apostolic service, the bishops who were present, consecrate and pray the first Divine Liturgy at St. Mark’s Cathedral on the morning of Sunday September 7, 2014. The service includes the ordination of Deacon Akram Fakhouri as Fr. Kyrillos Fakhouri, along with the elevation of Fr. Ammounious Guirguis to the rank of Hegumon. H.H also baptized the first child in the Cathedral as Samuel Barsoum. We congratulate our church on these great blessings. May the lord keep the life and standing of our honoured father Pope Tawadros II and all the bishops and clergy present.
